Putting cash in your customer's hands is a great way to encourage sales! Estimates range from 40% to 60% of the cash dispensed is spent on location. And don't forget, the cash needy customer that finds cash without leaving your premises, stays longer and spends more!
We keep machines ready to go at all times. We need three to five business days in order to allow for final preparation, programming and people scheduling.
Yes, and that's a good thing! Our simple one page agreement spells out important specifics and protections. Most banks are very sensitive to the source of funds dispensed, and our agreement makes it clear exactly how that works, keeping your business free from any inquiries. Regions Bank, our source for funds, requires us to execute agreements on all our machines. A sample copy is available for inspection upon request.
The most common failure is entering the wrong pin code. It is surprising how many times people mis-key that number! The machine tells the customer "invalid pin code" and the transaction is cancelled.
In the rare event of a mechanical failure, on the face of the machine is a toll-free phone number that starts the process of creating a reversal claim with the customer's card provider.
We only utilize high-speed internet, either via your wired internet service or our cellular modem. All communications are encrypted. When the customer inserts their card and enters their pin, the machine communicates with our card processor, who then communicates to the card issuer. The response then comes back to the processor which then communicates to the machine and the transaction is either executed or denied.
It is unfortunately not uncommon for banks to ask questions about the existence of ATM machines, especially in retail locations. By all means tell your bank yes, that All Brands ATM's owns the machine and the contents, that you do not have access to the contents, and feel free to share a copy of our written agreement.
Our machines are fully compliant with state of the art processing securities. We perform software updates multiple times per year. Communications are encrypted. Keypad security standards are changing - our keypads are either 1/1/2023 or 1/1/2025 compliant. Keeping up with the most secure systems is in everyone's best interest!
